The Waterfront is as the name implies on the banks of the Zambezi River and is a ideal mid range accommodation for visiting the Victoria Falls and local activities.

Setting & Ambiance
The Waterfront location and its bar and restaurant area over looking the river has a lively atmosphere for all ages with many bedrooms having been newly refurbished with quality facilities in a ideal location with a range of meal options in a social environment.
Accommodation Options
The Waterfront offers a variety of accommodation styles but for our tours we focus on the new adventure village area with newly built rooms around a garden or the river front rooms overlooking the Zambezi.
1. Garden View Chalet Rooms

Two-storey buildings with a twin or double room all with private facilities and air conditioning.
All rooms overlook garden setting which adds to the ambiance.
2. River Front Rooms

Layout:
Twin and double bedrooms (both en-suite), with great views of the Zambezi river. Rooms all have air conditioning.
Dining & Facilities
Restaurant:
Open restaurant that serves breakfast and a la carte evening meals plus a pizza option from the accompanying bar.
Bar:
Sociable area with high stools and tables and chairs, open to non-residents.
Swimming Pool:
The property has two swimming pools, one being in the grounds of a larger size and a small dip pool in the bar area.
Internet:
Free Internet access by wifi is available through out the bar and restaurant area. Most rooms also have access to the wifi.
Wildlife Viewing:
The deck, bar and restaurant overlook the spray from The Victoria Falls to your left, and offer the best sunset views over the Zambezi River to your right. And when the river is low (July to December) you may see elephants crossing over from/to the Siloka island opposite.
Activities
Sunset Cruise:
Included with your stay normally is a sunset river cruise on the Zambezi River to view any wild life but also to see the spectacular sunsets that occur over the river.
Walking Safaris:
Optional walking tours of the local national park where you may see Rhinos are available, but no predators.
Day Trips:
Included with your tour is a visit to the Victoria Falls ( guided tour extra). In addition there are opportunities to learn about the history of this region with tours of the local museums, cultural experiences with villagers and how they live and down town Livingstone and its craft markets.
Other activities:
.There are a number of activities that can be booked and paid for locally and these include
Bungee jumping over the Falls
Helicopter flights over the Falls
Rafting below the Falls, seasonal and a high degree of fitness is needed.
In addition from The Waterfront we can arrange for you to visit the Elephant Cafe by boat or road, which is a Elephant Sanctuary where many of the inhabitants have been rescued from across Zambia.

The Victoria Falls Waterfront is the adventure hub of Livingstone where white-water rafting, raft safaris, jet boat adventures, river cruises, game drives and cultural tours start and finish. We are located along the Zambezi River inside the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park.
